Aegusa, as known as Favignana today, is an island of Aegadian Archipelago on the west of Sicily where once was famous for tuna fishing and today for its breathtaking crystal clear waters. The landmark of the island ‘Tonnara’ has a significant history of packaging tuna in cans, to share with the world this delicious delicacy on Sicilian dining tables.
